Distributed scanning occurs at the point of receipt, as part of the workflow. The Inofile iScanner can be integrated with Partner Software enabling data validation during indexing and users perform their quality control on the touch screen to rescan or insert pages prior to saving the document.

After scanning via the Inofile Interface, each document is transferred directly from the scanner to the Inofile Web Service for document processing or delivery and immediate retrieval within the customer’s software.
