Boise, ID - Inofile's technology (patent pending) was selected
for healthcare information technology industry's largest
interoperability testing event.
Inofile, has representatives in Chicago, IL this week
participating in the healthcare IT industry's only large-scale
interoperability testing event. The Inofile technology being tested
brings structure to unstructured documents related to the
administration and care of patients in both clinical and ambulatory
care systems. As part of the event, testers will exchange
information between complementary systems from multiple vendors
including Inofile, performing all of the transactions required to
support defined clinical use cases. The results of this testing,
representing thousands of vendor-to-vendor connections and tens of
thousands of transactions between systems, will later be published
for public review.
"Inofile's technology represents a simple yet profound
achievement in the management of electronic medical records," and
says Therasa Bell, Inofile President and Chief Technologist. She
adds, "By bringing standards-based structure to unstructured
medical documents the quality of care is improved and the potential
for risk is greatly reduced. Inofile is thankful for this
opportunity to see our leading technology vetted in this
highly-regarded event."
