Boise, ID - Inofile's technology (patent pending) passes all tests at healthcare information technology industry's largest interoperability testing event.

Inofile was in Chicago, IL this week participating in the healthcare IT industry's only large-scale interoperability testing event. The Inofile technology tested here brings structure to unstructured documents related to the administration and care of patients in both clinical and ambulatory care systems. During this testing Inofile's technology was involved in thousands of transactions between disparate systems, demonstrating its ability to apply standards-based structure to unstructured healthcare reference documents. This successful exchange if vital information between complementary systems from multiple vendors showcases the ability of Inofile's technology to support a variety of defined clinical use cases under stringent testing conditions.

"We anticipated Inofile's technology to test well based on our tight integration with the major EMR system and our hardware partners in the space," and says Therasa Bell, Inofile President and Chief Technologist. She adds, "These results demonstrate the feasibility of applying standards-based structure to unstructured medical documents in order to simplify and use and improve the efficiency of electronic medical records management. Inofile is eager to share the results of these tests with our partners and to use these results as a springboard for further product development."
