Inofile is a lightweight web service platform that automatically processes documents and files submitted through the capture connectors including the Inofile ScanSnap fi-6010N. Inofile delivers the indexed documents to the designated repository or to the IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) service for extraction of data and/or indexing information.

The Inofile ScanSnap interface and the Inofile platform are configured for integration into any software or process.

Inbound – Outbound document processing efficiency
Inofile APIs can be integrated into your scanning and capture process to automate the acquisition of documents and data entry. Multifunction devices (MFD),
scanners or FAX machines/services can be connected to Inofile and documents are processed for delivery and/or intelligent processing, improving efficiency and the end users experience with partner software.

Capture connectors and output streams include TIF, PDF, JPG and many other image formats and Inofile can be customized for a customer or partner's specific needs, including capture and output to many HL7 formats, such as 2.x, 3.x and CDA messages.
